Do you sometimes feel like stress is the only thing holding you together?  Is it difficult for you to enjoy your days off because all you can think about is returning to work?  Wish you had some tools to help you gain back control of your life?  This workshop provides you with practical tools to help you avoid or recover from feelings of burnout.

  • Explore symptoms and root causes of burnout.
  • Understand the consequences of burnout.
  • Identify strategies to avoid or manage burnout.
