Plan to attend the 41st Annual Melvin L. Cohen, MD Pediatric Update hosted by Phoenix Children’s Hospital.  This continuing medical education event welcomes hundreds of physicians from across the country who recognize and value this opportunity to learn the latest evidence-based practices in pediatric medicine.
Pediatric Update 2018 consists of morning sessions, each lasting five hours on four successive days (Monday, March 12 through Thursday, March 15). 
This course offers the practicing physician broad current information to provide high-quality care for children.  Course material has practical application covering the most recent advances and current issues in pediatrics.

Welcome MLB Spring Training fans!   Scottsdale is a great place to enjoy Spring Training baseball games.  Tickets are reasonably priced and nothing tastes better than a hot dog with a beverage of your choice in the Arizona sunshine!  Scottsdale is one of the best cities to spend time indoors or outdoors.

Scottsdale Plaza Resort is the perfect desert retreat.  The resort features five heated swimming pools, a salon and day spa, state-of-the-art health club, two lighted tennis courts, racquet ball court, two championship golf courses just steps away from the resort, and award winning dining.   A limited number of guest rooms are being held at Scottsdale Plaza for a reduced rate of $251 per night (includes resort fee), plus an occupancy tax of 13.17%.  Airport transportation is available for an inclusive fee of $23 one way.  Please plan to reserve your guest room well in advance.  To learn more about The Scottsdale Plaza Resort, visit their website at           
Fees to attend Pediatric Update 2018 are $690 for practicing physicians and $565 for retired physicians, residents, nurses, and other allied health professionals.  Those who register for the course and reserve a room through the Phoenix Children’s Hospital-Pediatric Update guest room block at Scottsdale Plaza Resort, prior to 12/31/2018, will receive a course registration discount of $50.  Registration fees include breakfast each morning, refreshments during the meeting, and an evening reception.  There will be additional fees to register for the afternoon workshops.  All sessions will be held at Scottsdale Plaza Resort.
